Experience the Positivity

Dear Parent

Greetings!

One of the most talked ‘problem’ ‘If it actually was’ has been the population of India. It actually has been announced as the root cause for all the other problems. During my visit to Germany in 2022 for an official purpose I found that the youth of my region which has been facing this issue can easily find a place in that system. The ‘ageing population’ of the developed nations had put some break on their pace of achieving new goals. This scenario gave birth to the idea of our new venture “ Cross & Climb - Global”

The concept of an ageing population in developed nations can indeed present opportunities for younger individuals from regions with larger youth populations. These opportunities might include addressing skill gaps, filling workforce shortages, and contributing to economic growth in the host countries.

During my visit, I couldn't help but draw parallels between the demographic situations in my home country, India, and the opportunities that exist for our youth in regions like ours. India's burgeoning youth population is often seen as a challenge, but I firmly believe that it can be harnessed as a tremendous asset, not only for our nation but also for countries facing the effects of an ageing populace.

With this perspective in mind, I am excited to introduce a new venture that we have been developing, "Cross & Climb - Global." This initiative aims to facilitate a win-win situation for both regions by connecting the youth of India with opportunities in countries like Germany and other developed nations.

Best Regards
