Age

18-25 Years (For Interns) 18-35 Years (For Trainees)

Education (For Interns)

A hotel management graduate with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the hospitality industry or any graduate with 5 years of work experience in the hospitality industry.

Language

Fluent English communication skills

Education (For Trainees)

Currently enrolled in hospitality course - degree or diploma or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to their program begin date.

What all is included in the program fee?

Screening and placement with a suitable Host Site.

Background and document check of candidates for Host Company and of Host Company for candidates.

Ongoing support from the Sponsor’s National office and local representative (once in the US) and from CROSS & CLIMB (in India).

Complete Pre-arrival/departure materials and Pre-arrival/departure training.
